Human Resources Management
I am interested in studying human resources and organizational behavior in developing countries. I implement laboratory experiments to understand individual behaviors towards environmental sustainability. I also develop and conduct surveys and field experiments in developing countries such as Bangladesh and Nigeria to address developmental issues such as wellbeing and renewable energy.
