Human Resource Management (HRM)

Dr. Safaa Hussein is an Associate Professor of Management and Management Information Systems at Faculty of Business and Humanities, EJUST. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and MSc from the Faculty of Commerce, University of Alexandria, Egypt. Dr. Safaa received her PhD in Management Information Systems from School of Management, University of Bradford, UK. She worked as a visiting research fellow at University of Huddersfield and University of Bradford, UK. She also worked as an Assistant Professor at University of Alexandria, Egypt and College of Business Administration, Taibah University, KSA.

Dr Safaa has several scholarly contributions as she published several peer-reviewed research papers and is a Member of the Editorial Board of International Journal Customer Relationshi Marketing and Management and International Journal of Disruptive Innovation in Government.
