Mohamad Ayad, Professor of Physical Chemistry at the Basic and Applied Sciences Institute, Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology, EGYPT. He received his PhD degree from University of Tanta and University of Aston, UK (1986). He also received many fellowships such as British council, Fulbright, Royal society, DFG, JSPS invited professor and Chinese Academy of Science invited professor and many prizes including the State Encouragement Award (1995) and State Awards of Excellence in Advanced Technology Sciences (2016), The Academy of Scientific Research and Technology, EGYPT. He is a fellow of IUPAC. Dr Ayad research interests are application of nanostructured conducting polymer and porous material and their nanocomposites in sensors, catalysis, drug carriers, efficient adsorbents, energy, etc.
