Accounting and Information Systems

Dr. Hosam Moubarak earned his Ph.D. in Auditing and Information Technology and has held faculty appointments at Cardiff Metropolitan University, the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, the Egypt–Japan University of Science and Technology, and the Faculty of Commerce, Alexandria University. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA, ISACA, 2021), holds the Certificate in International Financial Reporting (CertIFR, ACCA, 2018), has been a licensed Egyptian Public Accountant since 2017, and has served as a member of the Egypt Tax Society since 2018.

He has provided consulting services to a variety of public and private organizations across Egypt. At Alexandria University’s Faculty of Commerce, he supervised the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) program. He currently serves as the SAP University Alliance Coordinator and the ACCA Accreditation Accounting Program Coordinator at the Egypt–Japan University of Science and Technology.
