Ms. Belal is a research fellow in E-JUST since 2018. She worked as a teaching assistant at Pharos University for two and a half years. She has a master's degree in business administration from the faculty of commerce, Alexandria University (Human Resource Management as a major). Ms. Belal is currently enrolled in the Ph. D program at Alexandria University.
