Ahmed H. Abd El-Malek (S’13, M’17) received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from Alexandria University, Egypt in 2007 and 2010, respectively. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Electrical Engineering Department, King Fahd University of Petroleum & Mineral (KFUPM), Saudi Arabia in 2016. Currently, he is an assistant professor in the Electronics and Communications Engineering department, Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology. His research interests are cognitive radio, design, and analysis of wireless networks, network coding, physical layer security, and interference cancellation.
