Prof. Zahra received a B.Sc. degree in electronics and communication engineering in 1997 and M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in engineering mathematics in 2004 and 2008, respectively, all from Tanta University, Egypt. Currently, Dr. Zahra is a professor of Engineering Mathematics at the Department of Physics and Engineering Mathematics, Faculty of Engineering, Tanta University, and Basic and Applied Sciences (BAS) Institute at Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST). Dr. Zahra was a Post-doctoral Researcher at the Department of applied mathematics, computer science, and statistics, Universiteit Gent, Belgium. His research interest falls on: Numerical methods (Spline functions, Finite difference, Exponential Fitting, Finite element, Finite volume), analysis, and computation. Computational methods for ordinary, fractional, and partial differential equations. Fractional Calculus and applications.Numerical solution of boundary layer problems. Modeling and simulation to a wide range of applications in engineering and science ( Leaser drilling, solar still, photovoltaic, COVID-19, ....).
